Our client is a leading household name. The business is looking to expand their growing capacity and market share over the coming years, and hence is looking for a new National Account Manager to join the team that can grow with the business and take on more responsibility in the long-term.
RoleReporting into the Head of Sales, the National Account Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end account management across Woolworths, delivering short-term and long-term growth strategies as they look to increase market share and drive value. The core responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer relations with Woolworths and providing effective daily communication with key stakeholders, including supply managers, throughout peak seasons.
- Providing accurate forecasting and financial reporting to identify and address any commercial challenges.
- P&L management
- Utilising data and insights to build and deliver actionable category plans and growth initiatives.
- Manage customer expectations around supply with limited volume forecasts and influence for commercially viable outcomes.
- Develop and manage business processes and procedures as they relate to account management, customer feedback and key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will be an up-and-coming National Account Manager or similar background that is comfortable working with a level of ambiguity. They should be confident managing the day to day administrative work whilst building on existing relationship skills. They will have demonstrated ability to work with the pace and tenacity that is required during peak seasons.
Key requirements- 2+ Years' experience
- Demonstrated analytical and commercial ability.
- Self-driven and ability to hustle where required.
- Self-awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Ongoing development and exposure across major retailers
- Autonomous role with flexible working arrangements.
- Excellent leadership
- 3 days work from home
- Brand new office
