Job Description
  • We are seeking an Admin Officer to manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • The successful candidate will assist with scheduling meetings, including venue booking and agenda preparation
  • This role involves handling incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails
  • As part of our team, you will provide support by coordinating schedules and appointments
  • You will also prepare reports and presentations as required
  • Maintaining office supplies and restocking when necessary is an important aspect of this role
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team is essential
The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
