- Permanent Full-time (1.0 EFT / 80 hours) + ADO
- Salary Package: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 + Superannuation

Specialist Clinics manages non-admitted or ambulatory services, including pre and post-hospital management of medical conditions. The team collaborates with diagnostic services like pathology and imaging. Patients are referred from GPs, specialists, and emergency departments. The Administration Officer supports clinic operations by performing administrative, reception, and clerical tasks, ensuring professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting patients, handling referrals, answering calls, and booking appointments
- Auditing and validating wait lists
- Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
Essential: Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (foundational)
Highly desirable: Previous health setting administration experience, sound administrative skills, personable and customer-focused approach, ability to prioritize and plan workflow, understanding of confidentiality and medical terminology
