Responsibilities
  • Our Client Care Assistants are the first point of contact for all our clients; you will be responsible for greeting all clients, answering phone calls in a timely manner, processing payments, responding to incoming emails from clients and care providers, maintaining client records and managing the appointment diary.
  • Maintain the facility's hydrotherapy pool operations; this role will require you to "close down" and cover the pool at the end of some shifts (training will be provided).

  • Kind, emotionally intelligent and accountable
  • Experience in a medical support role (highly desirable)
  • A brilliant multi-tasker
Employment details

This is a casual role (5-15 hours per week). We currently have two Client Care Assistant roles available for shifts on Mondays and Fridays between the hours of 6:45am and 6pm.
