In this role, you'll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.Duties will include but not limited to: -Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a consumer-directed approachHelping clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social supportEnsuring privacy, confidentiality, and dignity for all clientsResponding to emergency situations using first aidMaintaining accurate records of client careReporting any incidents or hazardsWhat you will need:Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desiredCurrent Australian Driver's License and willing to travelRegistered and insured vehicleCompassion, empathy, and a passion for helping othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamConfidence in using technologyWhy work for us?
