Responsibilities (Text Only)- As the customer advocate you will develop and oversee the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met. - You will engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer AI transformation strategies. - You will orchestrate the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft. - You will proactively develop an understanding of the customer's business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business and advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed. - You will deliver Sales Excellence and lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share. - You will build and maintain a strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. - Will you gain deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers' business and operations.Qualifications (Text Only)- 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, or Education), with a focus on AI transformation, digital transformation, and/or related work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry and/or digital transformation - Master's degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years of experience in a relevant industry and/or digital transformation - Equivalent combination of education and experience Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
