Operions Manager

With a strong reputation for delivering sound, high-quality outcomes, our client is continually growing and now has a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to help drive their Commercial & Strata division in Queensland.
What you need for this role- Confident leader and communicator who can engage internal and external stakeholders
- Proven expertise in commercial construction and/or strata projects
- Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience
- Building & Construction qualification (minimum Cert IV) – Building Licence preferred
- Experience in construction, including senior leadership or project management
- Insurance industry exposure highly regarded
- Drive the division's commercial performance – from margin control to pricing strategies
- Lead the team to ensure the delivery of complex, high-value commercial and strata repairs
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Senior Estimators and Supervisors
- Set the bar for quality, safety and client satisfaction
- Represent our team with professionalism and build trusted client relationships
- Champion scheduling, workflow and process excellence
