This is a rare opportunity to lead Security Operations for SEEK—a trusted technology brand with global reach and real-world impact. You'll drive the strategy, operations, and resilience efforts that keep our business safe and our purpose alive. In this senior leadership role, you'll be accountable for how SEEK stays "Always On, Always Safe" across its APAC operations—through influence, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Lead SEEK's Security Operations function, strategy and roadmap across APAC
• Manage relationships with our MSSP, overseeing 24/7 monitoring and incident response
• Oversee preventive and detective security technologies across corporate and online environments
• Collaborate across Technology, Risk, Legal and Product to align on enterprise security goals
• Drive measurable uplift in operational maturity, metrics and incident handling
• Champion a flexible, resilient and forward-thinking security culture

With support from the CISO and the broader Security leadership team, you'll influence stakeholders across APAC, champion best practices, and help define the future of SEEK's cyber posture. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Kuala Lumpur.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading security operations or cyber defence functions across complex environments
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach and influence at all levels
• Technical expertise across cloud, infrastructure, network, and application security domains
• A strategic mindset and commercial acumen, with ability to translate risk into business impact
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, transformation, and cross-functional delivery
• Deep knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS Controls
