The Business School (RTO 45230/ CRICOS Code 03828J) is a registered training organisation currently located in Campsie, NSW.

We are currently recruiting trainers and assessors in both the CRICOS and Domestic market for the below qualifications. We are seeking highly experienced trainers and assessors. We are hiring Trainers/Assessors for:

  1. 10904NAT Diploma of Social Media Marketing
  2. CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
  3. BSB50120 Diploma of Business
  4. BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
  5. BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management
  6. BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong industry experience including a sound knowledge of current VET workplace practices
  • Training and assessment skills and demonstrated experience in the VET sector (Minimum 3 years)
  • Thorough knowledge of the training package you wish to train/assess
  • Commitment to quality education, both face to face classroom delivery and online training and assessment
  • Strong team skills and a commitment to student outcomes
  • Sound report-writing skills
  • Understanding of VET compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Qualifications:

Trainers/Assessors must hold the equivalent qualification, or higher, to the one you wish to train/assess:

  • TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
    • TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A
    • TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
  • a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
  • a credential issued by a higher education provider (as defined by section 16-1 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003) which would enable the individual to satisfy the academic requirements for registration as a secondary school teacher in accordance with the registration requirements in at least one State or Territory, and one of the following credentials or the successor to one of the following credentials:
    • TAESS00011/TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set
    • TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set

Please note that there may be additional requirements depending on the training package you wish to train/assess.

Terms

The terms and conditions of your employment/contract arrangement will be provided to candidates selected for Interview. Above Industry award payments will apply to suitably qualified and experienced trainers and assessors. Hourly rates may apply and are negotiable for suitable candidates.
