This is for a Permanent Full Time appointment. What is our Clinical Nurse role? This position functions as a case manager in a multidisciplinary team; is responsible for the clinical management of consumers and families/carers in nominated areas; provides consultation to staff, consumers, families/carers, and other services; is responsible for assessment of consumers in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist as necessary.

The Mental Health and Dental Health Services (MHDHS) Community Adult Mental Health Stream provides evidence based, specialised mental health services supported by strategic planning. The service is committed to working alongside service providers, consumers and carer stakeholders, to promote optimal mental health for those referred to our service. Eligibility to Apply
