About Our Client
Our clients specialise in the niche and exciting field of experiential marketing, helping their clients engage with their customers in unique and innovative ways. They've created strategies for some of the world's most well-known and luxurious brands. This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer looking to grow their career and make the role their own. The role can be part-time (school hours, 5 days a week) for a parent, or a full-time permanent position.
Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable
- Processing invoices (stock & non-stock)
- Managing the AP inbox
- Handling international and local payments
- Managing funds in multiple currencies
- Conducting payment runs fortnightly
- Assisting with training and mentoring new finance admin employees
- Supporting change, process, and system implementations/improvements
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role and be a natural problem solver. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Strong communication skills, a flair for numbers, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
