This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer looking to grow their career and make the role their own. The role can be part-time (school hours, 5 days a week) for a parent, or a full-time permanent position.

Job Description

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end Accounts Payable
  • Processing invoices (stock & non-stock)
  • Managing the AP inbox
  • Handling international and local payments
  • Managing funds in multiple currencies
  • Conducting payment runs fortnightly
  • Assisting with training and mentoring new finance admin employees
  • Supporting change, process, and system implementations/improvements
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role and be a natural problem solver. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Strong communication skills, a flair for numbers, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
