My client is a looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Medium-high rise project experience is A MUST for this opportunity

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

  • 7 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
  • Residential tower experience is a MUST
  • Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
  • Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
  • Strong past tenure with employers.
  • Team player who loves a challenge
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to join an excellent team of professionals to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
  • Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
  • Ideally 7 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $50m - $250m+
