Contract Administration Opportunity

This is a senior role in contract administration for large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use builds.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to administer head contracts and subcontractor packages from early procurement through to delivery and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead procurement planning and subcontractor letting
  • Manage variations, claims, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist in financial reporting and project reviews
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, construction methodology, and cost management
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with major contract forms and construction software
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related disciplines
