Our CRM team plans campaigns that build long-term relationships, boost repeat purchases, and keep customers engaged in relevant ways.

As our CRM Coordinator, you'll support this work by executing and refining email campaigns and flows, setting up tests, managing audiences, and helping optimise communication strategies. You'll gain hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo and Segment, working with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and experimentation.

This role reports to the CRM lead within the marketing team. It requires cross-team collaboration with creative, data, tech, and marketing teams, so comfort in working cross-functionally and maintaining momentum is essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven, capable of managing multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously with strong organisation and communication skills.

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing, CRM, or digital communications, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands
  • Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Segment for building and sending marketing emails, supporting personalised, data-driven marketing and campaign targeting
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, understanding customer segmentation, and email performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions)
  • Clear, professional communication skills; ability to work independently, ask insightful questions, and collaborate effectively
  • A curiosity about customer behaviour and interest in using data to personalise marketing, with eagerness to develop CRM and retention skills
  • Experience scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo, including creating segments, setting up A/B tests, and QA'ing assets
  • Ability to review product sales data, collaborate on campaign planning, and brainstorm new campaign ideas
  • Experience working with ecommerce teams to implement dynamic content and improve user experience
  • Skills in analysing campaign performance and sharing insights for optimisation
  • Experience partnering with data teams to automate email processes
  • Experience designing post-purchase journeys with flow logic, delays, and dynamic content
  • Leading team meetings to review campaigns, timelines, and creative direction
