The Role

Due to growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available to join our new Tasmanian sales team. If you are self-driven, passionate, and want to make a difference in people's lives, then this role is for you. This position will be based in Tasmania but will require regular travel to South Australia to support a small territory there.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders, key customers, and their staff by adding value through your product knowledge and understanding of their needs.
  • Conducting sales activities to maintain and grow existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
  • Providing support during surgical procedures and clinical situations in theatres and dental clinics.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong clinical background in surgical placement of dental implants or a prosthetic background with experience in digital dentistry and/or dental labs.
  • An exceptional sales record in the medical device, dental, or digital industries.

Critical to success are being a self-starter, autonomous worker, highly organized, and possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
