Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time office-based Call Center Representative for our Mobile Mechanic Business. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, address customer inquiries and concerns, and provide excellent customer service. You will also process payments, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the mobile mechanic team to ensure smooth operations. Additional training will be provided regarding mobile mechanics and knowledge of car brands, models, and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and address customer inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with the mobile mechanic team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer management tools
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
  • Experience in the automotive or mobile mechanic industry is an advantage
