We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Sonographer & State Operations Manager to join our small but dynamic team in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity for a sonographer looking to take the next step into leadership while continuing clinical practice.

About the Role

This unique dual position combines hands-on sonography with operational oversight in South Australia. You'll be supported by our national team while helping grow and shape the Adelaide branch in line with our broader national expansion.

Salary & Benefits

Attractive salary package – starting from $160,000+

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Options for call work & performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality general sonography services (including vascular, small parts, and MSK)

Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and team support in SA

Liaise with healthcare partners to ensure seamless service delivery

Support business growth and development in the Adelaide region

Strategic state business growth in site, service and process development

Core Competencies & Requirements

Demonstrated experience in general ultrasound (vascular, MSK, small parts)

ASAR accreditation

National Police Check

Full, unrestricted driver's licence

Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills

Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused attitude
