
Account Development Representative

- Client Expansion:Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, focusing on cross-selling and upselling.
- Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and position Ezra's solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management:Maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging CRM tools, conducting outreach, and following up on marketing campaigns.
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and client activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaboration:Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Program Implementation:Assist in the administrative aspects of program launches, including data collection, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
- Client Support:Serve as a point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Reporting:Generate and distribute standard reports to clients, highlighting program usage and outcomes.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and program details in CRM systems.
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience:1+ years in a sales development or customer success role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Skills:Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Mindset:Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for client engagement and growth.
