Join a high-profile program delivering critical technology change. We're seeking a Test Lead to take ownership of end-to-end testing across a major extranet migration project, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and system integration.

In this role, you'll design and deliver comprehensive test plans, oversee manual and automated execution, and lead UAT with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with developers, business teams, and project leadership to identify and resolve defects, streamline testing processes, and drive automation adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases for functional and non-functional testing

Lead UAT sessions and ensure successful stakeholder engagement

Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution

Create and provision data files and datasets for integration and migration testing

Implement repeatable automated testing using tools such as UFT and manage test artefacts in Azure DevOps

Contribute to process improvements and testing efficiency initiatives

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Test Lead across complex data and integration projects

Strong SQL skills for data creation, analysis, and validation

Hands-on experience with test automation tools (UFT preferred) and test management platforms (Azure DevOps preferred)

Proficiency with GIT and source code repository management

Experience testing in MuleSoft and Dynamics 365 environments highly regarded

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative testing culture

Australian citizenship and ability to obtain NV1 clearance
