Talent International is currently recruiting for a Senior People Insights Analyst, based in Kensington. This position is a contract role for 4 months initially, with the view to be extended and pays an hourly rate of $70 to $75 per hour + Super.

7 hours a day / 35 hours per week

You'll play a critical role in designing and delivering reporting frameworks, dashboards, and workforce insights that enable data-driven decisions across People & Culture (P&C). This is a hands-on role requiring advanced analytics skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyse people data using SQL and PeopleSoft.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Deliver analytics and workforce trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide documentation, mentoring, and support to enhance reporting capability across P&C.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance.
  
  

About You

• Strong experience in Advanced SQL, PeopleSoft experience – main HRIS, and data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
• Skilled in designing and implementing reporting frameworks in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic workforce insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Databricks and Azure DevOps (desirable).
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project coordination skills.
