Talent International is currently recruiting for a Senior People Insights Analyst, based in Kensington.
This position is a contract role for 4 months initially, with the view to be extended and pays an hourly rate of $70 to $75 per hour + Super.
7 hours a day / 35 hours per week
You'll play a critical role in designing and delivering reporting frameworks, dashboards, and workforce insights that enable data-driven decisions across People & Culture (P&C).
This is a hands-on role requiring advanced analytics skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Extract and analyse people data using SQL and People Soft.
Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Deliver analytics and workforce trends that inform strategic decision-making.
Provide documentation, mentoring, and support to enhance reporting capability across P&C.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance.

About You:

Strong experience in Advanced SQL, People Soft experience - main HRIS, and data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
Skilled in designing and implementing reporting frameworks in complex organisations.
Proven ability to translate data into strategic workforce insights.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Databricks and Azure Dev Ops (desirable).
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project coordination skills.
