About the role

$100,000 - $120,000 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading

Initial 12-month, fixed-term position.

Full-time, 38 hours

Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This critical role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level communications, and ensuring seamless administrative and strategic support across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting C-suite or senior leaders, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive, professional approach.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Selection Criteria
  • Proven track record of providing high-level executive assistance to senior executives or C-suite leadership.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where confidentiality and discretion are paramount.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex and dynamic calendars, including coordinating across multiple time zones and prioritising competing demands.
  • Experience with booking high-level meetings, arranging travel, and proactively managing time for maximum efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft, proofread, and manage sensitive correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, board members, and external partners with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Capacity to provide both strategic and day-to-day administrative support, including project tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of executives and act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • A polished, proactive, and composed presence, particularly when dealing with executive stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (e.g. Zoom, Teams).
  • Experience with document management systems and collaborative tools.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Current Blue Card
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a similar position
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or similar
