About the RoleAs anOffice Administrator / Lending Support Officer, you'll support our brokers and help provide outstanding service to our clients. You'll get exposure to the finance industry while developing skills that can grow into a rewarding long-term career.You'll be the backbone of our office operations, supporting our brokers and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. From handling day-to-day administration to building relationships with customers and lenders, this is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
- Communicate with customers and lenders via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist with loan applications and document preparation.
- Help manage client enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay organised, prioritise tasks, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to a positive, fun, and supportive team culture.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication and professional presentation.
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive attitude with mindfulness and empathy.
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Finance or lending experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is an advantage (or willingness to complete it during employment).
