The Opportunity

We currently have multiple opportunities available within our organisation for Senior Business Analyst's to join our consulting team.

You will be working with project and technology teams contributing to a range of activities from implementing new systems, building new system features and improving the existing applications & platforms at varying levels of maturity.

To join our team, you will demonstrate:

At least 5 years Business Analysis experience within a complexEnterprise Level environment.

Assisting in documenting business needs to ensure correct definition, communication, and delivery of technology projects

Document business requirements using standardised formats and requirements management tools for clear and consistent communication.

Serve as a liaison between business clients and technical staff, translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities; impacts and outcomes

Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, use cases, and user stories

Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Ability to lead and facilitate workshops.

Collaborative consultative approach to your work.
