The Role
As Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Investment, Development, and Finance teams across a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Detailed investment and portfolio analysis
- Financial modelling and budgeting support
- Annual fund reporting and valuation reviews
- Sector research and presentation preparation
- Supporting the execution of strategic and capital initiatives
This is a broad and commercially focused role with real progression potential.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious and analytically strong individual who brings:
- 2–5 years' experience in real estate, advisory, corporate finance or similar
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- A solid grasp of financial statements and accounting fundamentals
- A proactive and self-starting attitude
- A desire to grow within a high-performing, agile investment team
An accountancy qualification and real estate exposure are preferred but not essential if you bring strong core analytical capabilities.
