Territory Manager Pharmacy - North QLD

We are seeking a driven, commercially savvy Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the North QLD territory and customer base, driving business development and territory planning to exceed expectations.

You will receive ongoing education on Woundcare, selling skills, and materials. The role involves developing relationships with key customers such as Pharmacists, Retail Managers, and Pharmacy Assistants, including facilitating education outside of regular hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow sales in North QLD.
  • Target and develop new business opportunities.
  • Deliver in-service programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Attend conferences, trade displays, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with other staff on territory responsibilities.
  • Monitor competitor products and activities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs on promotional materials.
  • Review sales data regularly to manage key products and accounts.

Requirements for Success:

  • Qualifications in Science or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with pharmacy products or in the pharmacy channel.
  • Proven success in pharmacy sales.
  • Strong selling skills and healthcare industry understanding.
