Overview

Step into a pivotal leadership role at Caulfield Place, a premium residential community where service excellence meets modern living. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and commercial performance of the property – driving resident satisfaction, optimising income, and upholding the highest standards of presentation and hospitality-inspired service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day operations while driving financial performance through streamlined processes, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Inspire and manage a professional onsite team to deliver warm, intuitive service and a premium residential experience that feels like home.
  • Create a vibrant, community-oriented living environment through engagement programs, digital platforms, and personalised service that drives satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain the highest standards across all touchpoints – from lobby to apartment, ensuring immaculate presentation, proactive maintenance, and attention to detail.
  • Act as the key contact for asset owners and internal stakeholders, providing accurate reporting, strategic insights, and strong relationship management.
Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Class 1 Real Estate Licence (VIC) (preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership in hospitality, serviced apartments, or luxury residential management.
  • Proven track record in delivering warm, proactive service and effective team leadership.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving abilities.
