Manage My Health (MMH) provides state-of-the-art health technology solutions that enable health professionals to provide better healthcare, and patients and health consumer to better manage their health and well-being.  We're looking for a dynamic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to spearhead our growth across the Australian market.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and deliver sales growth of MMH software solutions across healthcare providers and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with GP practices, PHNs, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the Australian market.
  • Drive digital campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate and convert leads.
  • Represent MMH at industry forums, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing team.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years' experience in sales leadership, key account management, or business development in healthcare, IT, or SaaS/software.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare sector trends in Australia (primary care experience highly valued).
  • Proven skills in marketing strategy, CRM use, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
