About Goodstart Rutherford

• Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. This 75-place centre is Rated as Meeting National Quality Standards.
• Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Rutherford offers a secure setting with strong community links, including easy access to shops and community facilities.
• Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

  You'll need
  • Cert III / Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
