About the employer

Connecting Australian MSPs with MSP talent. One of Melbourne's local Managed Service Providers that work with small to medium businesses across private and public sector, using state of the art technology to support clients and effectively troubleshooting using Azure are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join the team.

What you will be doing
  • Assist in providing in-person or remote support for hardware and M365 troubleshooting.
  • Work with Level 3 to identify opportunities to strengthen software and provide remote support.
  • Repair and service remote desktops using RDP; utilise your Azure experience to support clients.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware issues as part of a support team.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 engineers to improve service delivery.
  • Provide Azure-based and M365 support to clients.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a Support Engineer role using Azure
  • Ability to confidently use Remote Desktop protocols and RMM
  • Experience within an MSP
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Azure and Microsoft certifications
