This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful delivery of our accounting services. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions. Additionally, the role involves supervising client accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and tax preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
