Providing oversight and guidance of administrative functions, ensuring professional, competent and timely administrative and reception services to the Prevention and Response Violence, Abuse and Neglect (PARVAN) Service. Provide oversight and guidance to the PARVAN Administration Team, monitoring of workflow and allocation of tasks.
To provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, Senior Leads, including administrative assistance with data collection, organisation of meetings, minute taking and research. To provide frontline reception to clients in a sensitive and complex clinical environment. There may be exposure to traumatic information or situations.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
