Job Title: Pricing Analytics Director

This is a key leadership position in our team, responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to inform business decisions.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pricing Analytics Director to lead the development of pricing models and strategies that drive business growth.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and communication of complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and direct a team of analysts and developers to achieve business objectives.
  • The Pricing Analytics Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and algorithms to support business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data visualization tools and reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts and developers to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing analytics, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is highly desirable.
