03 March 2025 to 25 April 2025 (Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm)

Practice Information:
Bulk billing, solo practice. Newly opened practice serving the Burnett Heads area

Position Description:
Deliver comprehensive medical care including diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions Conduct patient consultations for acute and chronic illnesses Perform routine health checks and screenings Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans Manage chronic diseases like diabetes hypertension and asthma Provide preventative care such as vaccinations and lifestyle advice Refer patients to specialists when necessary

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. MBBS, FRACGP required
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
  3. Able to diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions
  4. Familiarity with prescribing medications and treatment guidelines
  5. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice software
  6. Able to work independently and collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals

Remuneration:
$1,500 + GST per day

Mileage/flights and accommodation provided
