The Opportunity

Join a busy and well-established commercial builder on a contract basis, delivering a range of fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects across Melbourne. This role is ideal for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys seeing projects come to life from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site.
  • Maintain strong quality and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the wider team to achieve seamless project delivery.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout each stage of the project.
About You
  • Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or construction management background highly regarded.
