Originally born from physiotherapy, we pioneered the fusion of clinical expertise and lifestyle-focused group Reformer Pilates in WA. Now, with thousands of transformations and testimonials under our belt, we're ready for our next chapter of national and international growth.
We are a business built on values, impact, and performance - and we're looking for a CEO who can bring strategic clarity, people leadership, and operational excellence to take us to the next level.
The Opportunity
As CEO, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Best Body while driving toward bold strategic outcomes: expanding our footprint, growing active members per location, reducing churn, building a world-class team, and ensuring consistent brand excellence at every touchpoint.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a purpose-driven, performance-oriented health and wellness brand with deep community roots and ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and refine the strategic growth plan across Australia and into new markets
Identify new revenue streams and operational efficiencies to improve profitability and impact
Support investor relations and exit/acquisition opportunities if required
2. Operational Excellence
Lead and support studio performance across all 18 locations
Ensure all departments (People & Culture, Marketing, Member Success, Property & Support) are aligned and high-performing
Champion data-driven decision-making and KPI visibility across the business
Coach and develop the leadership team (and build out when necessary)
Foster a values-aligned culture of ownership, accountability, and WOW service
Ensure systems for performance management, succession planning, and team development
4. Customer Experience & Brand
Maintain the integrity of the Best Body brand and customer experience across all studios
Collaborate with Marketing to enhance acquisition, retention, and member engagement
Support innovation in product offerings, technology integration, and community connection
What Success Looks Like
Active members per studio consistently above 200+
Weekly churn below 1%
Net Promoter Score (NPS) maintained above 70+, with a target of 90+
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) maintained above 70+, with a target of 90+
Minimal to no class cancellations each month
Consistent delivery of WOW experience at scale
Strong EBITDA margins and increased studio-level profitability
A stable, high-performing leadership team with clear accountabilities
New market expansion (regionally or nationally)
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have scaled a multi-site wellness, fitness, or health brand (ideally with 10+ locations)
Bring strong financial acumen and can lead through data
Have a track record of building high-performance teams and culture
Are operationally sharp but equally people-focused
Understand the power of systems, coaching, and brand integrity
Are excited by the opportunity to help thousands more people upgrade their lifestyle
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in corporate-owned studio models
Exposure to M&A activity or investor relations
