Job DescriptionRole OverviewWorking as part of the CRM Development team and reporting to the ICT Project and CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:
The CRM Developer role involves assisting in the development, customization, configuration, deployment, and support of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will also assist in hands-on solution development, implementation, and support activities that enable data integration between DPV Health systems like TrakCare, Carelink, Best Practice, Titanium, and CRM.
The successful candidate will support low code or no code Microsoft Power Platform applications development and be involved in designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting applications according to user requirements and technical specifications.
This role requires problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming within DevOps methodology, Web APIs, databases, and knowledge of data integration tools such as SSIS, Power Automate, or similar.
It is a hands-on role with developer responsibilities, requiring programming and analytical skills, strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage deadlines.
The role is part of the wider Technology Solutions Directorate, working under the Application Development Team.
Desired Skills and ExperienceKey Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions to support DPV Health CRM.
- Support data and application integration with systems like TrakCare, CareLink, Best Practice, Titanium, and Dynamics 365.
- Leverage DPV Health application integration capabilities for CRM projects, adopting standards like FHIR/HL7 for client care.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders for Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Conduct unit testing and collaborate on system testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Present final products to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and ensure project completion within timeframes and quality standards.
- Plan and manage workload to meet development timelines.
- Document all work according to SDLC best practices.
Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Specific objectives will be outlined through the goal-setting and review process.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Preferred Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certification.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and system integration.
- Experience customizing Dynamics 365 modules.
- Proficiency in creating Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications.
- Ability to automate business processes with Power Automate.
- Developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Knowledge of Azure services and integration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
