Business Development Manager @ Tekskills Inc | Staffing

Role: Process Improvement Engineer

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Melbourne

Responsibilities
  • Focus on Process Improvement: The core responsibility is to identify and implement process enhancements across projects.
  • Ownership Through Business Case Completion: The individual will be accountable until the completion of the business case.
  • Workshop Leadership: The resource should independently lead workshops and generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze problem statements and develop effective, actionable solutions.
  • End-to-End Business Case Management: Must take ownership of the entire business case lifecycle.
  • Multi-Project Oversight: Should be capable of managing and contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Domain Expertise Preferred: Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and e-commerce is preferred.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
