Position Overview:
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, managing human capital, and supporting the overall business objectives. This is a strategic position that will ensure the smooth execution of HR operations, including recruitment, while also influencing the long-term development of our people and company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for all levels of the organization.
  3. Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system, driving employee development, accountability, and career growth.
  4. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that the organization complies with all labor regulations and maintains up-to-date HR policies that minimize risk.
  5. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive environment.
  6. Learning & Development: Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and retention programs to support the professional growth of our workforce.
  7. Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  8. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  9. HR Systems Management: Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.
  3. Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  1. A strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  2. An excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
  3. A strong leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  4. A hands-on problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  5. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and the ability to maintain compliance.
  6. Proficient in HR software and systems, with a data-driven approach to people management.
