Overview

Occupational Therapist Grad Program 2026 – Join the Better Rehab Graduate Program starting January 2026. Roles available across Sunshine. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients homes to day centres, parks and clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Program & Benefits
  • Graduate-specific induction: a full week to introduce community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.
  • Supervision: 1:1 discipline-specific supervision to guide you through all areas of work, including transition into full-time roles and clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload.
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of induction, training and upskilling.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: Laptop, phone, and accessible therapy and assessment resources at all sites.

About You

We are seeking clinicians with a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability and who are motivated to improve outcomes and advocate for participant goals.

Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid drivers license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
