We are seeking passionate Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available across Mornington. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

As an OT in our team, you will help participants from age 6 to 65, with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients\' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

Our program starts with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including an introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.

  • Support: Colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year\'s graduate cohort
  • Supervision: 1:1 supervision to navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into full-time work and clinical support within the NDIS
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of induction, training and upskilling
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year
  • Resources: Laptop, phone and ready-to-use therapy and assessment resources

About You

We're after clinicians with a genuine interest in supporting participants with Disability who seek improvement and aren't afraid to voice ideas about care. You should have a fire in your belly about participant care and treat participant goals as personal missions, not just forms to complete.

You Will Also Hold
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
