Overview

Occupational Therapist Grad Program 2026 at Better Rehab. Join to apply for the Occupational Therapist Grad Program 2026 role. This is a graduate program kicking off January 2026 with roles available across Briar Hill. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

As an OT in our team, you will help participants from age 6 to 65, with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Our Program and Benefits
  • Full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including an introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.
  • Support: colleagues and a buddy from the prior graduate cohort for guidance.
  • Supervision: 1:1 discipline-specific supervisor to support transition to full-time work and clinical work within the NDIS and your caseload.
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of induction, training and upskilling.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: laptop, phone and readily available therapy and assessment resources.
Working Style and Flexibility

  • Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable and sustainable monthly targets.

About You

We're seeking clinicians with a genuine interest in supporting participants with Disabilities who seek improvement and are willing to advocate for participant goals as part of their everyday work.

Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
