About The Role

We are looking for a professional Events Coordinator to join our team and assist customers in booking charters and functions onboard our vessels and at our waterfront Bells Function venue. Clients include schools, corporates, weddings, private and social groups.

From the first enquiry, you will liaise with the client and the operations team to ensure a well-planned and enjoyable event afloat

Key Responsibilities include
  1. Converting enquiries into confirmed functions and charters on vessels and Bells Functions.
  2. Creating event orders for functions and ensuring payment schedules are met.
  3. Meeting and greeting prospective clients for viewings of the vessel/venue.
  4. Overseeing key functions and events, especially during peak periods including weekends, to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Working closely with the chef and operations team on planning and guest experience.
  6. Representing at industry or networking events where relevant.

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable schedule to meet business needs.
