Overview

Best Sheds is the market leader in the direct to customer Steel Shed Kit market and currently looking for an experienced warehouse picker/forklift driver to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries. This permanent position is due to continuing growth of our business with opportunities for career progression in a busy and dynamic team.

Key Requirements and Skills
  • Current high-risk forklift licence backed by good forklift work experience.
  • Experience with loading and unloading freight and tying down loads.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a team player.
  • Ability to organise and work closely with other team members to achieve excellent efficiency.
  • Ability to upkeep a safe and neatly organised yard area.
  • Good problem solving and organisational skills.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Good time keeping and record keeping skills.
  • Metal industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
