About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer with at least four years of post-admission experience to join a firm where culture and team spirit matter. Based in Perth, you will be part of a dynamic and welcoming team, handling a broad range of family law matters, including:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Property settlements and financial agreements
  • Parenting disputes and child support matters
  • De facto and same-sex relationship matters
  • Relocation and intervention orders
In addition to managing your caseload, you will:
  • Work closely with an experienced and approachable team of family lawyers
  • Benefit from a supportive leadership team that values work-life balance

  • Have opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a team-focused environment

Key Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in Australia with at least four years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice)
  • Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills and a personable approach to client relationships
  • Desire to be part of a supportive and social firm culture
  • Interest in mentoring and contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • A commercial mindset with strong organisational and time management skills
