The Role

We are seeking a GP Treatment Room Nurse – Enrolled Nurse to join our Rouse Hill Centre. You will provide high-quality nursing support, collaborating with Registered Nurses (RN) to ensure all patients receive appropriate care.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist RN in providing care for injuries and illnesses.
  • Administer vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and educate patients.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests as directed.
  • Assist with injury management and phlebotomy if applicable.
  • Ensure activities are within scope and comply with policies.
  • Support patient services, including greeting, assisting, and updating records.
  • Maintain clinical areas and complete administrative tasks like billing and documentation.
  • Document all patient interactions thoroughly.
  • Participate in health and safety practices, reporting hazards.
About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Available evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in primary care, especially in chronic disease management, preferred.
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and personable approach.
