Nurse Care Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide patient-centric care through a structured approach that encompasses assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Patient assessments are conducted thoroughly, with findings documented accurately and communicated promptly to the relevant care team members.
- A comprehensive understanding of human growth and development enables the provision of age-appropriate care and education.
- Medications are administered as prescribed, with monitoring for side effects and documentation in accordance with established standards.
- Collaboration with physicians during procedures within the scope of documented competency and skill level.
- Care plans are developed, implemented, and evaluated collaboratively with the healthcare team based on patient assessments and needs.
- Response to medical emergencies and participation in life-saving interventions such as CPR and code team activities as required.
- Patient advocacy ensures their voices are heard and respected in care planning and delivery.
- Patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care is provided, ensuring understanding and adherence to instructions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical nursing role in an acute care setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of the nursing process and clinical nursing practices is essential.
- Effective communication of patient findings is critical.
- Proficiency in medication administration and side effect monitoring is necessary.
