We're seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Venue Manager to lead operations at The Palm. This role offers the chance to manage a dynamic team and deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.

You'll oversee all aspects of venue operations, from service and food quality to cleanliness and team training, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. If you're ready to bring leadership, energy, and hospitality expertise to a unique coastal setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, product standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and support the team to foster a positive, high-performing work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen, dining areas, and equipment, following safety and hygiene protocols
  • Manage inventory, minimise wastage, and ensure compliance with RSA and food safety regulations
  • Handle rostering, recruitment, performance management, and ensure adequate staffing to meet business needs
About You
  • Holds current RSA, Responsible Management of Licenced Venue, Food Safety Supervisor accreditation, and knowledge of HACCP
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, providing feedback, and driving performance
  • Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, and administrative processes
  • Experienced in food preparation, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Physically capable of lifting, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards using PPE and approved chemicals
