Community Enrolled Nurse - Permanent Position

We are recruiting permanent Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work within the community space in Adelaide. You will use your clinical knowledge to assess patient and carer needs for education and/or support, advocate for the patient and their family, and help enhance quality of life in the home setting.

As a Community Enrolled Nurse you'll visit multiple clients in their homes each shift (typically 8-10 patients per shift). You will undertake wound care (including assessments and regime changes), compression bandaging, medication management, continence and stomal care, and aged care nursing assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Visit multiple clients in the community each shift (typical caseload: 8-10 patients).
  • Perform wound care, wound assessments, and regime changes.
  • Administer and manage medications.
  • Provide continence and stomal care; conduct aged care nursing assessments.
What we are looking for
  • A heart of gold – genuine passion for nursing and providing personalised nursing services in the community.
  • Your skills on point – Enrolled Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration and at least 2 years of experience delivering high-quality care.
  • Ready for variety – Every day in community nursing is different with multiple home visits.
  • Empathy and a good sense of humour – ability to bring energy, empathy and excellence to each shift.
What's the role schedule

Frontline nurses work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 9pm, including morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) shifts with no night shifts. Management supports scheduling preferences where possible, with potential for alternative times if needed. Shifts start from home with coordination support from head office.
